PALM TREE TRIMMING

Now is the time of year to get your palm trees trimmed. Please make sure that any of your trees are trimmed so that nothing is overhanging into a neighbor’s yard or into a common area. With Monsoon Season approaching, this will help avoid possible damage from overgrown limbs.

Street Paving

See the attached map for the seal coating of the streets that will be done on Monday, July 9th and Wednesday, July 11th. Striping will be done on Thursday, July 12th. The seal coating will be done in two stages. ALL vehicles need to be out of the section being seal coated no later than 7:30 A.M. (refer to the map) You may only return your vehicle after the cones are removed the next day. The same will be the case on Wednesday when the other part is done.  If you remove the cones or come out of your driveway and proceed to drive on the seal coat, your account will be assessed for the repairs needed.  All City Towing will be on site both days to remove any vehicles parked on the street. If your vehicle is towed to another location, your account will be charged $25.00.  Flyers will be put at each house and also this will be emailed to those we have email for.  If you rent your house, make sure your tenants get the information.
